This app offers functions that harmonise the digital tools that already exist for all the players in the Alfaset Foundation, which are currently multiple, not compatible with each other, not always kept up to date and sometimes stratified in their use, by type of player. It also proposes an inclusive approach that is compatible with the types of disability dealt with in the workshops.
The project we are pursuing is a digital Application (App) that offers 3 modules that work together:
- Global and inclusive communication: collective and individual exchanges, by site and by type of player.
- Socio-educational support: management of data useful for socio-educational monitoring; individualised monitoring of social skills and psycho-social objectives.
- Socio-professional support: management of manufacturing procedures within the Workshops; individualised management of learning and skills acquisition.
This App offers functions that harmonise the digital tools that already exist for all the players in the Alfaset Foundation, which are currently multiple, not compatible with each other, not always kept up to date and sometimes stratified in their use, by type of player. It also proposes an inclusive approach that is compatible with the types of disability cared for in the Workshops.
Finally, it provides a solution that brings together data on support and service production, which tend to operate in silos within the Alfaset Foundation. In practical terms, all the data will be entered into a database in the form of forms, which will allow it to be processed in the form of metadata, for the overall evaluation of processes and the quality of services and support.
This App will be available on Smartphone, computer and kiosks placed in strategic locations in the business.
We are aiming for an interactive prototype of the application’s key functions, to encourage future users to take ownership of the solution. The prototype, as a mediating object, will be used to validate the functions and accessibility of the future App, predefined in the specifications drawn up earlier. Alfaset employees/beneficiaries sometimes have difficulty with abstraction.
