The use of these components is necessary because the standard components available in browsers do not meet the requirements of modern web applications. Unfortunately, comprehensible information describing the accessibility of additional components is often missing. Accessibility traceability is important, as it encompasses different aspects that need to be tested differently (e.g. keyboard use and compatibility with screen readers). The project develops a prototype web platform that ensures accessibility information of freely available web components. Firstly, information will be provided on how developers can test the accessibility of web components. This is done in the form of videos or references to quality sources. Secondly, the possibility is given to publish and update the results of accessibility tests carried out on this platform. The crowd-sourcing approach should support the breadth and timeliness of the information. The web platform will be implemented using freely available technologies and libraries in order to reduce development efforts. In addition, information should be provided on how to perform accessibility testing of web components. Wherever possible, existing material will be used and revised where necessary. If necessary, new material, such as videos, will be created.
</oembed>
