Bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Gehhilfen wie Kr\u00fccken und Gehst\u00f6cken wird die L\u00e4nge so eingestellt, dass der Griff auf der richtigen H\u00f6he ist, wenn der Nutzer steht. Wenn er hingegen sitzt und aufstehen m\u00f6chte (Transfer-Prozess), ist der Handgriff deutlich zu hoch. Der Nutzer ist dann gezwungen, eine sehr ung\u00fcnstige Armposition mit stark nach innen rotierten Schultern einzunehmen, um sich abzust\u00fctzen und ben\u00f6tigt sehr viel mehr Kraft und Beweglichkeit in den Armen und Schultern.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=“1_3″ _builder_version=“4.17.0″ _module_preset=“default“ global_colors_info=“{}“][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.17.0″ _module_preset=“default“ global_colors_info=“{}“]\n

Im Gegensatz dazu soll die Gehhilfe \u00abVariWalk\u00bb, welche wir entwickeln, den Nutzer nicht nur w\u00e4hrend des Laufens unterst\u00fctzen, sondern ihm insbesondere auch das Aufstehen erleichtern.<\/span><\/p>\n

Erreicht wird dies durch eine integrierte Mechanik, die es erm\u00f6glicht, die Gehhilfe mittels eines Knopfes am Handgriff ein- und auszufahren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=“1_3″ _builder_version=“4.17.0″ _module_preset=“default“ global_colors_info=“{}“][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.17.0″ _module_preset=“default“ global_colors_info=“{}“]\n

So kann der Nutzer den Griff vor dem Aufstehen auf eine ergonomische und bequeme H\u00f6he einstellen, damit er sich ideal abst\u00fctzen kann. Nach oder w\u00e4hrend dem Aufstehen wird die Gehhilfe per Knopfdruck wieder ausgefahren, um die normale L\u00e4nge f\u00fcrs Gehen zu haben.
